2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use the Platform: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) persons who have previously been self-excluded from tb jili or any other gambling platform; (c) employees, contractors, and immediate family members of tb jili or its affiliated companies; (d) persons acting on behalf of any of the foregoing.
3.1 Registration. To access the full features of the tb jili Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including a valid Philippine mobile number.
3.2 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) tb jili account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or bonuses therein.
3.3 KYC Verification. tb jili is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on withdrawals or account suspension.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify tb jili immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. tb jili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.
3.5 Accurate Information. You agree to keep your account information accurate and up to date. tb jili reserves the right to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or outdated.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. tb jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers through participating Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted where available.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50 (Philippine Peso). Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time.
4.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification completion. tb jili aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and applicable verification requirements.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the tb jili Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.1 tb jili may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions, which will be published alongside each promotion.
5.2 tb jili reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or technical error.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, multi-accounting, or any other method deemed abusive by tb jili will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
5.4 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements have been met, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

7.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. No other rights are granted.
7.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of tb jili.
8.1 The tb jili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tb jili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tb jili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, interruptions, or errors.
8.3 tb jili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
9.1 tb jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9.2 tb jili complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.
10.1 tb jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, session time limits, reality check reminders, and self-exclusion options to help players manage their gaming activity.

12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the tb jili Platform shall first be submitted to tb jili's customer support team for informal resolution. tb jili will endeavor to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
12.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, tb jili reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending the resolution of a dispute.
